Reservation Policy

You may register to attend Camp Oest either as an individual or as a unit. At the time of registration, a minimum $50 deposit per person is due. The remainder of the fees is due by June 1, 2010.

Moms and dads are encouraged to attend camp with their sons. If a parent is not available, a relative or guardian over 18 years of age may attend. All Cub Scouts and Webelos must have an adult in camp from their Pack. At least one adult must attend from a Pack or Den in order for those Scouts to participate in the Camp Oest program.

Cub Camperships

The Baltimore Area Council has limited funds to help Cub Scouts attend resident camp at Camp Oest. Cub Scouts and Webelos who are in need of financial aid should submit a Campership Application to the Scout Service Center by April 27, 2010. Cub Camperships are in the amount of $60 per Scout. Please note these camperships are non-transferable.

Refund Policy

The $50 per person deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit, once paid, assures a space in the program. If a youth or adult cannot attend, we require at least two weeks’ notice of non-attendance to refund the balance of the fees. If Camping Services is not notified at least two weeks prior to the camping date, no fees will be refunded. Registration fees are transferable to other campers; this is the responsibility of the Pack.
