    At Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation we specialize in a customer focused approach. Our qualified, trained staff teaches a variety of over 50 merit badges at the highest of standards. Working closely with the Baltimore Area Council's advancement committee, properties committee, and camping committee, we develop an outdoor adventure that your scouts will not forget.

is proud to offer two Boy Scout Summer Camps. Camp Saffran and Camp Spencer, serve thousands of our nation's future leaders in scout troops large and small each year. Both camps have one goal in mind, to serve your scouts. Through quality program, enthusiastic staff, and beautiful facilities, Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation has what you are looking for!   Tucked just five minutes south of the Pennsylvania border in Harford County, Maryland, Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation has 1,700 acres of beautiful rolling landscape, over 26 miles of scenic hiking trails, 3 full sized swimming pools, a top of the line COPE Course, and much more. Please take some time and explore our 3 Nationally Accredited camps; Camp Oest (resident cub scout camp), Camp Saffran and Camp Spencer (resident Boy Scout camps).
