Camp E. Wallace Oest, or just Camp Oest, is the BSA Nationally accredited resident Cub Scout summer camp of the Baltimore Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. Every summer our staff brings a new definition to the meaning of enthusiastic, outgoing, and top notch and they work tirelessly to ensure you and your Cub Scout have the experience of a life time. Camp Oest is truly a unique place. I can guarantee you that you will not visit another Cub Scout Camp that is in comparison to Camp Oest.
As opposed to Day Camps, Camp Oest is a complete outdoor program. Offering 3 day - 2 night and 4 day - 3 night sessions, Cub Scouts will have the opportunity get experience just about everything Cub Scouting has to offer. From boating, to shooting sports, and even Climbing. We also offer a very unique family sessions where the entire family is invited to Camp Oest (see 4th of July celebration) as well as a sneak peak in to Boy Scout Camp with our Webelos week. All Webelos are welcome during this week long program where they will be treated as if they are Boy Scout, while still enjoying one last time at Camp Oest as a Cub Scout, an experience they will be sure to talk about for years to come.

Welcome to the greatest place on earth.
That is a statement we firmly believe at Camp Oest. Our Directors, Staff, and Counselors in Training work year round following a motto that means a lot to our Staff, OTM or Oest The Most. We follow this motto to make sure you and your Cub Scout have the Most memorable summer experience of your lives. We are fast paced, high energy, and work constantly to make sure you are having the best experience possible. Scouting is an amazing program for our youth and going to summer camp will only increase what your Scout gets out of Scouting. I truly believe that Camp Oest is the greatest place on earth and I promise if you join us this summer for a Wild West Adventure you'll think so too.
